haix. sch life is really getting worse and worse. next week will arrive soon, along with all the shit tests it will bring. maths cct, chi cct, phy concept map test and chem titration spa. then wk 6 theres like ss cct and jap ca5, etc in following weeks. so essentially, GG.

i wonder how npcc is going to turn out.
not this year. nothing that we (our squad) can do about. so no point talking.
what i mean is NEXT YEAR.
seriously.
for a cca to succeed, we need truly enthu (or at least passionate) ppl.
however, how many of these kind of ppl can u find in our squad?
sadly, not many. im quite sure this is the truth, however unfortunately. =(
not to mention our drill standards. jerome commented that our drills look like...shit. and, however much i'd like to deny it, i have to admit he's quite right!
i mean look la, u call that proper drills? hardly...>.<
i dont know if it is the fault of the ncos, or the attitude of the cadets itself that is the problem, but i really hope that when we take over, all of these can be changed. hopefully, with a handful of enthu guys who can really put in their 100% to help the unit. =/
meanwhile, i've really thought alot about what i can do for the unit after we take over and such. really alot of solutions. and i really hope, i can make some difference to the um, "bad" situation that we have in front of us...
hai. to the ccal of rinp2008, hope you will work VERY hard to bring the unit up, not like...some other ppl who did minimally, and of course, didnt help alot...=X
omg. imagine what would happen if we get owned by red cross. in a DRILLS comp. sure get laughed for 10 years one.

zz. due to some *ahem* interference, sadly i have to stop. but my point is, someone has to act. or rather, some people. if rinpcc has no enthu people to carry on the cca, it would definitely go down. and thats what i'd not like to see. yea.
